Plastic Cards

The 30mil plastic card is a thicker plastic card. It is essentially the same as a credit card in terms of size and thickness. There are many functional ways to use this type of card, from marketing purposes to identification. Our plastic card printing is high quality, vibrant and full of choices. Document Trim Size

Standard: 3.375" x 2.125" 

1010 x 638 pixels @300ppi

Resolution

Files need to be a minimum resolution of 300dpi. We accept the following file formats: .ai* .pdf* .psd* .eps* .jpeg (jpg) .tiff *preferred formats CMYK 4-color process print at 200 LSI.

Production Time: 10-12 Business Days*

Gloss UV, Full Color, Full Bleed on BOTH SIDES, PVC White Plastic, Rounded Corner Standard, Tear and Water Proof, Attractive, Affordable

Available Options:

Silk Finish (Silk more scratch resistant), Magnetic Stripe, Embossed Numbering or Data, Barcoding , Numbering / Variable Data, Hole/Lanyard Punch, Signature Panel, Scratch Off Area, Spot UV (on Silk Finish only), Foil.

Bleed:
 Please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.25" bleed to each dimension. For example, a 3.5" x 2" plastic card with full bleed should be 3.75" x 2.25".  Please design your files on our template Business Card w/Round Corners to ensure proper bleed.
